Returns & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, as required by EU law. At NewMe, we go further - you get a 30-day return window for extra peace of mind.
To request a return:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full or partial refund (depending on item condition) to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email with photos. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
As an EU customer, you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This right begins the day you or a third party receives the goods. To exercise this right, contact us by email and clearly state your intent to cancel.
You then have 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.
Chargebacks
We’re here to help. If you experience any issue with your order, please reach out before opening a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and result in account limitations.
